The Castle of Ordeals is where the Light Warriors go to obtain a rat tail for Bahamut. While here, they face their Ordeals, exemplars of their worst aspects. For example, Black Mage fights a mirror image of himself, since it is the only thing capable of reflecting his evil accurately. It is also filled with teleportation pillars, which confuses one Ordeal as to against whom it should face off.
