| Colonel | Thank you for seeing me on such short notice. |
| Robo | The only way to get you people to stop calling me is to say "no" to someone's face. You're him. |
| Colonel | Robo, this... it's bad. |
| Robo | You know I'm done working for the military. |
| Colonel | The Russians have built a bomb. |
| Robo | So? Build five more. That's the "strategy" now, isn't it? |
| Colonel | It's not that simple. We estimate it's two hundred megatons, minimum. Enough to poison the atomsphere, ignite it, or siphon it into space. We're talking the whole atmosphere, Robo. It doesn't matter where it goes off, it will be the end of life as we know it. |
