| A cat walks amongst the people. The cat comes to a stop at a crosswalk with some other people waiting for the light to change as well. On the other side, X-017 also waits at a crosswalk. | |
| The cat takes a few steps into the open street as X-017 watches silently. Then, slowly, X-017 walks out into the street as well. | |
| The cat continues forward as a bus hurdles quickly towards the crosswalk. X-017 watches as the cat walks down the street. | |
| The cat is unaware of the impending bus. Some of the pedestrians and Zack Finfrock scream in terror. | |
| X-017 jumps in front of the bus before it hits the cat. The people inside the bus are mangled and injured, however the cat rubs up against X-017. | |
